- Payment Information: We process payments through Braintree (a PayPal service) and Apple Pay. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. Payment processors may collect and store payment data subject to their own privacy policies.
- Design Files: Images and artwork you upload for custom apparel orders, stored securely via Firebase Storage.
- Usage Data: Basic app usage analytics to improve the Service, including device type and interactions within the app.

3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Fulfillment Partners: Shipping address and order details are shared with apparel suppliers and shipping carriers to fulfill your order.
- Payment Processors: Payment information is processed by Braintree/PayPal and Apple Pay, subject to their respective privacy policies.
- Service Providers: We use Firebase (Google) for data storage and authentication. Data is processed in accordance with Google's privacy policies.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of PlatoPrints and its users.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your account and order information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email address below.
